Full text of HIR has been archived on the homepage of HIR (https://www.e-hir.org). It is also provided externally to the databases that HIR is indexed. Currently, HIR is accessible via Korea Citation Index (https://www.kci.go.kr), National Library of Korea (http://nl.go.kr), and PubMed Central (PMC) (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/journals/1520/) in the event a journal is no longer published.

Revenue Sources
Revenue sources of journal were from the support of publisher (Korean Society of Medical Informatics), Korea Government’s support, and publication charges to authors.

Advertising
Healthcare Informatics Research does not accept any commercial product advertisements until policy changes otherwise.

Direct Marketing
Journal propagation has been done through the journal web site, and distribution of an introduction pamphlet. Invitations to submit a manuscript are usually focused on the presenters at conferences, seminars, or workshops if the topic is related to the journal's aims and scope.
